We are looking for a proactive and collaborative Office Administrator who will take ownership of day-to-day office operations and play a key role in internal communication and employee support.
Coordinate daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the Riga office
Manage incoming/outgoing correspondence, document flow, and archiving
Maintain document management systems in line with data protection rules and internal regulations
Handle office supply orders and assist with employee travel and onboarding
Coordination of employees training activities, including preparation of the training plan, organisation of trainings, management of the training register
Management of the intranet and the flow of information, supporting employer branding and internal communication
Contribute to organising spirited joint events and support different HR tasks
